About
We built this because we needed it.
ClientX wasn't a startup idea. It was a problem we couldn't fix with anything on the market.
The agency that started it.
We run Fullbound, a B2B growth agency. Our clients are early-stage SaaS founders spending real money on LinkedIn ads and Meta to drive traffic to their sites.
For two years we watched the same pattern repeat. We'd drive 100, 200, 500 qualified visitors to a client's website. Most would leave without saying anything. The founder would check analytics on Friday and see "session count up 40%" with no idea who showed up, why, or which ones were ready to buy.
The leads they did capture came through a basic chat widget that asked "what's your name and email?" and called it a day.
Real money. Real traffic. Falling through the cracks.
We tried the existing tools.
Intercom was too expensive for a 5-person team and built for support tickets. Drift wouldn't quote prices to companies under 50 people. Tidio and Chatbase were fine for FAQs but didn't score visitors, didn't enrich data, didn't tell the founder which conversations actually mattered.
We installed five tools across five clients. None of them solved the actual problem: founders couldn't see their visitors, couldn't tell which were qualified, and couldn't act on the hot ones in time.
So we built ClientX.
We started with a simple thesis: a website should work like a sales floor. You should see who's on it. You should know who's worth talking to. And when you decide to engage, you should already know what to say.
It runs on Skit and UK Groups today. It'll run on yours next.
Who we are.
ClientX is built by Continum, a small team out of India focused on shipping software that compounds for founders. We're not VC-backed. We're funded by our agency revenue and our customers. That keeps us honest about who we serve.
The promise.
If you're shipping a B2B SaaS, you're spending money on traffic, and you're losing leads because you can't sit on live chat all day, this is built for you.
