Basically: admire it, don’t steal it.

6. Payments & Subscriptions (If Applicable)

  • Some features may require payment

  • Pricing may change anytime (we’ll try not to be evil about it)

  • Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

We aim for smooth performance, but we don’t guarantee:

  • Zero downtime

  • Bug-free experience

  • Continuous availability

Tech breaks sometimes. Even the big guys can’t avoid it.

ClientX may integrate with third-party tools or platforms.
We are not responsible for:

  • Their content

  • Their policies

  • Their failures

Use them at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClientX shall not be liable for:
